Ripley Veterinary Hospital was established in 2018 by Sarah and Andrew Hemming to provide the pet lovers of Greater Ipswich with a high quality and relaxed place for all their animal’s health needs. The surgery is the vision of Dr Andrew Hemming and his wife Sarah who realise the importance of taking your best friend somewhere that has the skills and expertise to deal with the potential problems presented to today’s pets and their owners. They believe in creating a place that animals want to come to!

Our friendly staff are all animal lovers at heart, so we understand just how it feels when your mate is a little under the weather, or the stress it causes when you know they just aren’t right!

We strive to be very approachable, with your animal’s needs always our top priority.  We are also driven to go that extra step to get to the bottom of what is going on with your pet's health issues. Sometimes this will involve diagnostics like radiographs, or blood tests; or they may need to go under anaesthetic, but rest assured we are doing what is best for your beloved family member, and we will get you an answer.

We also realise that you want to know how your pet is doing when they are unwell or undergoing surgery, and thus communication with our clients is one of our biggest focuses.

Located in the Ripley Valley, we enjoy treating animals from Yamanto, Boonah and right out to Springfield and beyond. We even see clients from Purga, Raceview, Blackstone, Silkstone, Booval, Bundamab, One Mile, Peak Crossing, Amberley, Willowbank. and several clients from the bayside and northside of Brisbane.

"Here at RVH, we believe in a positive environment and being in a team built on respect, trust, and communication: These are our building blocks to provide the highest standard of care, because we love our clients pets as much as they do".
