The Role

We need a full time client liaison like you to join our reception team in our ever-growing accredited vet hospital.

Here at Ripley Vets, we are a small team that achieves great things. We need the right candidate to add to the heartbeat of our clinic! 

 

You will shine in this role by demonstrating:

  • Excellent client services and communication – as our reception team are the first and last point of contact, a passion for customer service is a must

  • An ability to prioritise, while being highly organised and meticulous attention to detail - always thinking 1 step ahead

  • Experience in a fast-paced reception / customer service role – you can hustle a busy reception confidently, leaving you pumped at the end of the day

  • Collaborative at work - as part of a team as well as independently 

 

What does “a day in the life” of an RVH Client liaison look like?

  • Meeting and greeting clients and furbabies

  • Booking appointments / follow ups

  • General admin tasks (Admission & discharge packs, scanning documents / office supplies ordering / balancing till / unpacking reception orders / sending & receiving mail)

  • Handling of phone calls / client queries / addressing emails / social media

  • Receipting / client invoicing / client accounts

  • Participating in AM & PM clinic rounds

  • Ensuring the reception area sparkles 

 

As a non- clinical role, all industry-specific training will be provided including a structured induction process to supercharge your integration to the team.
